Have you ever thought about your body as a “place” to get ready for your new baby? Please don’t get me wrong…I am certainly not comparing your beautiful growing body to a house. Your body IS the place though where your precious baby is calling “home” for 9 months. It simply makes sense that you would want to have your home ready for that extended stay.
Fitness in a healthy pregnancy could be a perfect way to create a wonderful experience for your baby.
Here are 3 ways your baby can benefit from this “housekeeping”:
